Our apartment features two bedrooms (for 3 people and 2 people ). In total the apartment offers space for 5 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment, as well as a dining area, which is the perfect place for sitting cosily together. The spacious bathroom features a shower.

All prices are given in EURO per apartment and day excluding local taxes, excluding final cleaning.
- The Tax is € 1.80 (december €2.60) per person per day

The final cleaning is € 60 (per 01. october €70) per stay and not included in the price.

Bed linen and towels are provided, towels are changed on request.
- For a short stay (up to 3 nights) a supplement of € 4 per person and day is charged.

Your booking is considered as fixed, if the deposit of 30% of the travel price for your holiday has been credited to our account. If the deposit is not received by us until the agreed date, the reservation will be cancelled. We will inform you about the bank details in the reservation correspondence.

Terms of cancellation

Up to 2 month prior to arrival: free of charge

< 60 days until the day of arrival: 30% of the total travel price = deposit will not be returned

Please pay your bill either in cash on site, or by bank transfer before your arrival.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.
